GUIDELINES TO PARENTS & STUDENTS

  • It’s good to welcome you to a new academic year with new energy and happiness. Happy new academic year

  • All must come to school on time. Late comers will have to get permission from the Principal.

  • Uniform is compulsory and should be strictly in accordance with the pattern prescribed by the school.

  • In a day, a child spends one fourth of his time in school and three fourths of his time with his parents. Understanding this fact, parents should never think that by sending their ward to a good school, they have got rid of their responsibilities. The parents and the teachers work in partnership for the all-round development of a child. It is important to teach students to respect school discipline and be proud of it.

  • Check the school class group regularly. Keep yourself updated about school activities & other information.

  • Parents can convey their concerns regarding their child's. Scholastic and Non-Scholastic performance or any miscellaneous matter which is hampering the progress of child through Telegram/Whatsapp messages instead of calling.

  • Please mark all the belongings of your child with his/her name, class and division.

  • Ensure that your child does not bring any valuables to school. In case of loss of valuables, the school will try its best to trace the item but will not be responsible for the loss.

  • All Students and Parents must ensure that they have packed all the books as per timetable in their school bags carefully for the day.

  • Any absence must be explained in the form of a leave letter on the page provided for this in the School Diary and it must be signed by the parent and should be countersigned by the Class Teacher. Students who absent themselves from the school without permission for more than 15 consecutive working days will be removed from the register.

  • No gifts are to be sent for the staff members on any occasion.

  • Parents are not permitted to meet teachers during school hours. In special cases, parents may be allowed to meet the teacher with prior permission from the principal/ HMs.

  • Parents are also requested to ensure that their children do not bring sweets except to offer for distribution on birthdays. Students from class four onwards should be in school uniform even on their birthday.

  • It is strictly prohibited to bring mobile to school. If student is found carrying a mobile phone, it will be confiscated.

  • Encourage your child to take a balanced interest in studies and co-curricular activities.

  • All parents are expected to pay the school fees of their child in time. The first term fees on or before 10th June, second term fees on or before 10th Septermber and third term fees on or before10th January 2024.

  • Children suffering from any contagious disease should not be sent to the school.

  • എല്ലാ വിദ്യാർത്ഥികളും കൃത്യസമയത്ത് സ്കൂളിൽ എത്തണം. വൈകി വരുന്നവർ പ്രിൻസിപ്പലിന്റെ അനുമതി വാങ്ങണം.

  • യൂണിഫോം നിർബന്ധമാണ്, അത് സ്കൂൾ നിർദ്ദേശിക്കുന്ന പാറ്റേൺ അനുസരിച്ചായിരിക്കണം.

  • ഒരു ദിവസം, ഒരു കുട്ടി തൻ്റെ സമയത്തിൻ്റെ നാലിലൊന്ന് സ്‌കൂളിലും നാലിൽ മൂന്ന് സമയവും മാതാപിതാക്കളോടൊപ്പം ചെലവഴിക്കുന്നു. ഈ യാഥാർത്ഥ്യം മനസ്സിലാക്കി, തങ്ങളുടെ കുട്ടി നല്ലൊരു സ്കൂളിലേക്ക് അയച്ചതിലൂടെ, തങ്ങളുടെ ഉത്തരവാദിത്തങ്ങളിൽ നിന്ന് രക്ഷപ്പെട്ടുവെന്ന് മാതാപിതാക്കൾ ഒരിക്കലും കരുതരുത്. ഒരു കുട്ടിയുടെ സർവതോന്മുഖമായ വികസനത്തിന് മാതാപിതാക്കളും അധ്യാപകരും പങ്കാളിത്തത്തോടെ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നു. സ്കൂൾ അച്ചടക്കത്തെ ബഹുമാനിക്കാനും അതിൽ അഭിമാനിക്കാനും വിദ്യാർത്ഥികളെ പഠിപ്പിക്കേണ്ടത് പ്രധാനമാണ്.

  • സ്കൂൾ ക്ലാസ് ഗ്രൂപ്പ് പതിവായി പരിശോധിക്കുക. സ്കൂൾ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ചും മറ്റ് വിവരങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ചും സ്വയം അപ്ഡേറ്റ് ചെയ്യുക.

  • രക്ഷിതാക്കൾക്ക് അവരുടെ കുട്ടിയുടെ സ്‌കോളസ്റ്റിക്, നോൺ-സ്‌കോളസ്റ്റിക് പ്രകടനം അല്ലെങ്കിൽ വിവിധ വിഷയങ്ങളെ കുറിച്ചുള്ള. ആശങ്കകൾ അറിയിക്കാം. കോൾ ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുപകരം ടെലിഗ്രാം/വാട്ട്‌സ്ആപ്പ് സന്ദേശങ്ങളിലൂടെ.

  • നിങ്ങളുടെ കുട്ടി വിലപിടിപ്പുള്ള വസ്തുക്കളൊന്നും സ്കൂളിൽ കൊണ്ടുവരുന്നില്ലെന്ന് ഉറപ്പാക്കുക. വിലപിടിപ്പുള്ള വസ്തുക്കൾ നഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടാൽ, അത് കണ്ടെത്താൻ സ്കൂൾ പരമാവധി ശ്രമിക്കും, പക്ഷേ നഷ്ടത്തിന് ഉത്തരവാദികളായിരിക്കില്ല.

  • എല്ലാ വിദ്യാർത്ഥികളും രക്ഷിതാക്കളും ടൈംടേബിൾ പ്രകാരമുള്ള എല്ലാ പുസ്തകങ്ങളും അവരുടെ സ്കൂൾ ബാഗുകളിൽ ദിവസത്തേക്ക് ശ്രദ്ധാപൂർവ്വം പായ്ക്ക് ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ടെന്ന് ഉറപ്പാക്കണം.

  • ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണത്താൽ സ്‌കൂളിൽ വരാൻ സാധിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ ഡയറിയിൽ നൽകിയിരിക്കുന്ന ലീവ് ഫോം പൂരിപ്പിച്ച് രക്ഷിതാവ് ഒപ്പിടുകയും, ക്ലാസ് ടീച്ചറെ തുടർന്ന് വരുന്ന ദിവസം കാണിക്കുകയും വേണം. തുടർച്ചയായി 15 പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ കൂടുതൽ അനുവാദമില്ലാതെ സ്‌കൂളിൽ ഹാജരാകാത്ത വിദ്യാർത്ഥികളെ രജിസ്റ്ററിൽ നിന്ന് നീക്കം ചെയ്യും.

  • സ്റ്റാഫ് അംഗങ്ങൾക്ക് ഒരു അവസരത്തിലും സമ്മാനങ്ങൾ അയക്കാൻ പാടില്ല.

  • സ്കൂൾ സമയങ്ങളിൽ അധ്യാപകരെ കാണാൻ രക്ഷിതാക്കൾക്ക് അനുവാദമില്ല. പ്രത്യേക സന്ദർഭങ്ങളിൽ, പ്രിൻസിപ്പൽ/എച്ച്എംമാരുടെ മുൻകൂർ അനുമതിയോടെ അധ്യാപകനെ കാണാൻ രക്ഷിതാക്കളെ അനുവദിച്ചേക്കാം.

  • പിറന്നാൾ ദിനങ്ങളിൽ വിതരണം ചെയ്യാൻ അല്ലാതെ കുട്ടികൾ മിഠായികൾ കൊണ്ടുവരുന്നില്ലെന്ന് രക്ഷിതാക്കളോട് അഭ്യർത്ഥിക്കുന്നു. നാലാം ക്ലാസ് മുതലുള്ള കുട്ടികൾ അവരുടെ ജന്മദിനത്തിൽ പോലും സ്കൂൾ യൂണിഫോമിൽ ആയിരിക്കണം.

  • സ്‌കൂളിൽ മൊബൈൽ കൊണ്ടുവരുന്നത് കർശനമായി നിരോധിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. വിദ്യാർത്ഥി മൊബൈൽ ഫോൺ കൈവശം വെച്ചതായി കണ്ടെത്തിയാൽ അത് കണ്ടുകെട്ടും.

  • പഠനത്തിലും പാഠ്യേതര പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങളിലും സമതുലിതമായ താൽപ്പര്യം കാണിക്കാൻ നിങ്ങളുടെ കുട്ടിയെ പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുക.

  • എല്ലാ രക്ഷിതാക്കളും തങ്ങളുടെ കുട്ടിയുടെ സ്കൂൾ ഫീസ് കൃത്യസമയത്ത് അടയ്ക്കണമെന്ന് പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നു. ആദ്യ ടേം ഫീസ് ജൂൺ 10-നോ അതിനു മുമ്പോ, രണ്ടാം ടേം ഫീസ് സെപ്റ്റംബർ 10-നോ അതിനു മുമ്പോ, മൂന്നാം ടേം ഫീസ് 2024 ജനുവരി 10-നോ അതിനു മുമ്പോ.

  • ഏതെങ്കിലും തരത്തിലുള്ള പകർച്ചവ്യാധികൾ ബാധിച്ച കുട്ടികളെ സ്‌കൂളിൽ അയക്കരുത്.
